2.1 The Committee scrutinised the Minister on the Welsh Government Childcare Offer. 

2.2 The Minister agreed to provide a note on the rationale for the offer starting in the term following the child’s third birthday and the Welsh Government’s assessment of the potential impact of this approach on summer born children.
